As a highly sought after speech pathologist and founder of Pediatric Communication Solutions (PCS), Shelly Geddes is on a mission to help children find their voices. Through their services, PCS helps each child they work with to build confidence and achieve optimal communication.
After working in the field of speech-language pathology in the Oklahoma City metro area for over a decade, Shelly decided to start her own practice. She approached us to help her create a website for her new business. Through our brand discovery, we were able to learn about the exceptional care that Shelly provides for children with a wide range of speech-language challenges. We learned about Shelly’s target audience and about competitors in the market to get clear on the needs we needed to provide for and how to differentiate PCS.
We designed and art directed a website design for Shelly Geddes to support the launch of her business, Pediatric Communication Solutions. A bright color palette and photo-driven, fun but professional layout guided the design of the site in order to make sure PCS would stand out from the crowd online, and in turn, establish a cohesive visual story for their brand.
In addition, a custom HIPAA compliant messaging system was created to streamline the user experience for parents seeking help for their children, which created a smooth process for new clients to send in their onboarding paperwork and reduced workload for the PCS team on the backend.
