Rachel Deschamps, founder of Radiant U Esthetics, has created a natural skincare oasis for her clients. Her luxury boutique spa specializes in organic skin care and offers a healing and relaxing environment where her clients can rejuvenate their skin, calm their minds, and restore their energy levels.
Rachel has had the seeds of Radiant U Esthetics inside of her since she was a little girl. At nearly 50 years old, after a long successful corporate marketing career, she was ready for something more fulfilling. She took her love of botanicals and entrepreneurial spirit, combined it with the encouragement of her family, and took the leap to start her own business to where should could offer holistic healing and care to others.
We met Rachel during the pandemic. Like many other businesses relying on foot traffic, her business was hit hard. She knew she needed to do something to bring in more revenue. Rachel had developed her own ECCO certified, organic skincare line, which she primarily sold to clients that came into her spa. She wanted to expand to online sales, and to do that, she was going to need a new website.
In order to create a website that would speak to her various types of clients and help to convert customers into skincare customers, we started with a brand discovery. We became crystal clear on who each target audience was and what their needs and interests are. With so many new skincare lines coming on the market, we also needed to understand what made her products so special. And, when you’re working with a human as beautiful inside (and out) as Rachel, you want to make sure that you capture as much of her essence as possible and infuse it into the brand.
To help her create more consistency in her message and style, we developed a brand guide including style guidelines. Together with my partners at Dingo Creative, we were able to develop a website that met Rachel’s immediate goals, worked within her budget and was ready to grow with her business.
